The ex-mayor of San Diego, Maureen O'Connor blames her $1 billion gambling binge on an addiciton linked to depression and a brain tumor.
Once married to the founder of Jack in the Box, she says she started gambling after losing her husband and other family members.
She may go to jail for many years as a result of stealing from her husbands trust and other family members.
