UPDATE: At 12:01 PM CHP arrived and called a tow truck.
At 11:46 AM a traffic accident was reported to CHP that had occurred at Hwy 4 and Big Trees Road above Arnold.
An ambulance and two CHP are enroute to the scene. It is unknow how many vehicles are involved at this time. One vehicle has run 20' off the roadway.
