CHP has issued a new report that on Friday, February 1, 2013 at approximately 2:07 PM a motorcyclist was traveling eastbound when its rider lost control and veered into the westbound lane at Fourth Crossing Rd, east of Costa Road.
Upon crossing the double yellow lines and entering the westbound lane the motorcycle collided head-on with an Usuzu minivan.
The rider of the motrcycle sustained moderate injuries including lacerations to his left arm and complaint of pain to his nect.
The driver of the min-van sustained no injuries.
