A man who seems to wandering in and out of traffic on Hwy 26 at Centennial Mine Road in West Point is creating a traffic hazard and was reported to CHP at 11:37 AM.
The man appears disoriented, according to the caller. The Calaveral Sheriff's Office was notified of the problem by the CHP.
