After years of negative rhetoric about the west, the nations of Brazil, Russia, India and China have collectively started a new global bank to compete with the IMF and the World Bank, mostly controlled by the US.
They used $200 billion to fund the investment. Should be interesting. It also includes South Africa and is centered in Shanghai. Talk about shaking up the new world order!
