Dear Editor:
We are letting all your readers know that we believe you should beware of shopping for a vehicle at any Sonora Ford dealership. When you try to escalate a problem,
the GM and owner ignore you. And just try and write a negative comment on their website; good luck!!
That isn't good in a rural area like the Mother Lode. Our experience and our opinion is that they treat their customers badly and will intentionally not help you, in fact ignore you if you have a problem. There are Ford dealers in the further out area who will take care of you, like Big Valley Ford. Please publish this letter.

You are right. I recently went there and was treated like garbage.
I felt they intentionally tried to hurt my credit rating. I agree. stay away.
It's amazing how many companies are run so stupidly. Don't take honest comments and never call you back. Bad policies will be their downfall.
Big Valley Ford was real nice to my husband and I. I can recommend them.
