Special Meeting/Mokelumne River Wild and Scenic Overflows room

July 30, 2014  UPDATE:  Our anti-job, anti water-rights Supervisors voted to leave the designation of no-water rights for Calaveras for the Mokelumne River in an OVERFLOW crowd last night.

The crowd included water boards and elected officials for the entire area. The board allowed 3 hours of comments before voting against Calaveras County's water rights. Those against it, who really knew what it would cost the entire area, far outweighed those in favor.

We hear there was a Ditzy Water Bird present with the minority, the MVSdotOMMERS.

We also heard that Mr. Mustache was a no-show. Probably in Danville, where he lives.

UPDATE:  The extremist enviro wackos will be there in force at tomorrow evening's Special Board of Supervisor's meeting. The MVSdotcommers have issued an ALERT.

Hopefully, the WATER representatives will also be present.

We realize it is hard for the Calaveras Extremist Religious Supervisors to get their minds off religion and women's bodies,
but they have the Mokelumne River Wild and Scenic Designation on the agenda again Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at 6 PM.  Chris Wright will have his "enviro-friends" packing the room against our water rights.

In fact, it seems they are hoping no one attends, since it is the ONLY item on the regular agenda that night.  Fact is, though, that this is one of the MOST important issues of the year--WATER RIGHTS!!!  Anyone who cares about our water should be attending.

The enviros don't care about our water. They only care about EBMUD getting all of it. Why do they campaign for the Bay Area instead of us?

Whoa! Those people are SCARY. Thanks for the update, Sentinel.

I read that article. How can they call building dams or reservoirs drowning rivers? In 20 years, when the global warming causes even more drought, they are the ones to blame!!

I want our water rights to stay here. Not go to the Bay Area. What's wrong with those people.
