Maine's Governor says "Work for your welfare"!

With over 12,000 able bodied people in Maine on some type of welfare, food stamps, etc. the Governor has launched a campaign to put them to work for their handouts.

He says he believes that every able-bodied person should work at least 20 hours a week. What he will have them do is unclear at this point, but this has been talked about here in California.
