Sand Fire still grows

   As of 8 AM July 28, 2014 the Sand Fire in Amador and El Dorado counties, is 65% contained, according to their twitter feed.

   The total acres burned so far is 3800 acres. 10 residences and 7 outbuildings have been destroyed.
