PG&E customer relations SUCK!!

   Have you had to make a complaint about someone at PG&E lately?  Did you know that these people are only "COACHED" and "MENTORED" and never disciplined for their bad actions.

   PG&E continues to refuse to do anything about their bad employees; from the moronic call center all the way up to the San Francisco executives. 

    We aren't sure if its because of the UNIONS or just poor management at the top, but we customers are angry at the way we are treated, ignored, refused assistance, etc. Nothing ever changes!!!
