Norman Gresham III of West Point murderer not arrested?

UPDATE:  As of Tuesday October 7, 2014 the District Attorney's Office (Barbara Yook) has not responded to our request for information or even acknowledged any concern regarding this crime.

On July 17, 2013 Norman Gresham III of West Point was apparently shot and killed in his home, along with his girlfriend.

Now that it is more than a year later,
there are allegations that the Calaveras Sheriff Gary Kuntz mishandled the case, that the girlfriend is currently "touring the country" with her formerly estranged husband, and in a radio interview the Sheriff said that over a year later, that he believes "the investigation is headed in the right direction."

Sheriff Kuntz had stated originally and publicly that he believed an arrest would be made within 10 days.  Many people believe now that Norman Gresham was brutally shot and killed and no one really seems to care.

We will be contacting the District Attorneys Office for more details and will publish them here.
