A Dublin area CHP officer has been under investigation for allegedly having the cell phone of a woman he took into custody for DUI and then transferring nude photos of her to another phone.A deputy Attorney has recommended he be charged with felony computer theft. It is unclear why the DA believes the officer stole the photos.
This follows a long history of CHP officers themselves having trouble with the law. Whether its due to beating up minorities or women, or child porn and not this; seems CHP has some officers who
do not respect the law.
