Sadly, in this state, voter apathy rules the day. It is not expected that more the 40 to 50% of the registered voters will have voted by the end of election day, November 4, 2014.Any ideas of how to spur civic responsibility? One great idea was in Stockton, hiring high school students and getting them comfortable with the
voting procedures.
It must be okay with those who don't vote if the Tea Party makes all the decisions in California.
