Angels Camp violation of Brown Act--Water NOT important???

   Here they go again!!

Mr. McHatten and his attorney Derek Cole, made a big deal of criticizing the Calaveras County
Water District at the April 7, 2015 City Council meeting, for not making the Hwy 4 Corridor
water meetings noticed per the Brown Act.

Funny how the City Administrator and City Attorney do NOT feel that THEY should be criticized for not ever honoring the Brown Act for THEIR committees for the Hwy 4/49 transportation committee; which they required applications to be part of.

The City is the WORST  violator of the voters rights to know of any organization in Calaveras County. And they DARE to criticize others.

I wondered if the Sentinel noticed that they talked about ways to avoid notifying the public. Crooks! They are crooks! Even the attorney said it! How to avoid the Brown act!!! I was there and heard it.

They really believe that WATER is not important enough to notify the voters of committee meetings? I baffled!!

The actually let the motion die! Are they just too LAZY to attend meetings about the most important issue of our lives??

They should all be thrown out of office. This has always been a problem in town.

The one who was present. It was totally clear they had all discussed this prior to the meeting. Isn't that itself a violation of the publics right to know.?

That Derek Cole is a joke of an attorney also. Our attorney called him out on issues awhile back that he had no clue about. Where did he get his degree, out of a cracker jack box!

What's with this installing showers with this sidewalk enhancement grant????? You'll have every low life from the cracks of the county and beyond comi g i to town. Crime has already gottenoutta hand here. Thank you for nothing "City of David Hanham" for soliciting tourism to our town. We were fine as a small town until you and your "GreenhornFreaks" moved up here.

Do you meam the famous Hanham who put a mcdonalds in the most dangerous intersection in the county and then told residents on dogtown road to go through the shopping center across Hwy 49, go around and turn right on to 49? He only keeps his job, in my opinion cause he soed what mchatten tells him.

I call then the 'greenhornies"? but no one will run from the old parts of town. Even the mayor is just an appointment; has not run for office.

You do realize that regular folks in town are afraid of crossing this City admin. that they will have their water turned off, and other harassment. Look what they've tried to do to the Owners of the Sentinel! They want NO BAD PRESS!
