UPDATE: A two truck has been ordered for one vehicle.
April 7, 2015 at 12:05 PM: A traffic hazard has been reported on Hwy 4 at Country Club Drive in Arnold.
This is where CHP has chains required due to the heavy snow. It is probably related.
