When the Calaveras Planning Coalition's attorney Tom Infusino gets up before the Board of Supervisors and the Planning Commission, he speaks as the authority on writing the General Plan.
Why is that? Is he being paid? The Calaveras Planning Coalition or CAP, is the most ANTI-GROWTH, ANTI-JOB organizations we have ever heard of.
Why would Mr. Infusino be in charge? How much is he being paid. He even complains if he has to work over a weekend. Why is this being so biased? It is totally unfair, and the entire General Plan should be thrown out because of this.

A county's General Plan is supposed to be GENERAL, and you are right. they are making it specific to their agenda of no-growth. How come nobody has said anything before.
Well maybe they have someone from the opposite side also advising, may from the contractors or someone who is in favor of building?
