Supervisor Kearney voted to let them open without
any CEQA review, along with Supervisor Oliveira; then he voted with the other three to demand a CEQA review of the Ford plant.
Kearney was P'O'd. Thought he had Edsel/s (oops, Edson's) vote, and so he did not want to be in the minority, leaving Oliveira out to dry. He leaned over to him and apologized, but knew he was in trouble with his next election.
Kearney goes both ways, apparently.

Mr. Kearney will never be trusted again. Yes, he did vote against the people and then for the people within a 2 minute time period. This is pure corruption.
Yes, its on the video. He voted against them and then voted for them within two minutes. hard to believe. Don't you think Tunno is the real Tea Party guy trying to do Kearney in. I think he wants his job, always said he wanted to be supervisor.
