Supervisor Kearney tries to get Publc Works to buy from FORD's Asphalt plant!

   During an agenda item with the Calaveras Public Works department getting approval to buy $500,000 worth of asphalt from George Reed and $90,000 worth of auto parts from Calaveras Auto, was challenged by several people in the audience.

   However, the main challenge came from Supervisor of District 5 Kearney, who wanted to know why so much for George Reed?  Of course, as everyone knows, he is trying to get asphalt business for Ford Construction, his supporters and owners of the new ASPHALT plant in Rancho Calaveras.

   It is pretty much assumed by everyone, that he will be getting a hefty donation, probably secretly, from Ford. He will most likely use the Tea Potty Republicans, especially Vickie Reinke!
