If your neighbors have screwed up their lives and have no future, so they peep at everything you do,it's very sad...NOT! They made their bed...with whomever...and now they have to live with it.
If they actually drive by your house real slow to see what is going on where they can't peep from the windows they stare out of continually...they are definitely "NEIGHBORS FROM HELL"!
