December 21, 2015: Caltrans is requiring chains on all vehicles without 4 wheel drive at Camp Connell on Hwy 4 in Calaveras County, at Ham's Station on Hwy 88 in Amador County and at Long Barn on Hwy 108 in Tuolumne County.
Drive carefully if headed for the mountains.
