UPDATE at 11:55 AM: The roadway is now clear.
UPDATE at 10 AM: CHP and a big rig tow are still at the scene. The cement truck is in the middle of the road and was full of cement. The tumbler full of cement must be removed
from the container before towing.
March 1, 2016 at 8 AM: A cement truck has overturned on Buena Vista Road and Coal Mine Road in Ione.
Emergency personnel, including an ambulance, are en route to the scene. Avoid the area if possible.
