Real Housewives star Teresa Guidice has already served her time for bankruptcy fraud and now it is her husband Joe Guidice's turn.
We have heard that bankruptcy fraud is more common
that most of us realized. People lie to courts about how many vehicles they have and make other fraudulent statements about what they have.
Unless someone turns them in, they get away with it, some even filing for bankruptcy repeatedly, first running up their credit cards to the max and keeping all of the items they fraudulently purchased. The US needs to investigate more of this.
