When we called Gary Kuntz directly to report the first death threat we ever received, Sheriff Gary Kuntz said "Oh, that was Preston! He's crazy! He sent me an email last night at my private email that it was a joke! He had read on the website that you were going to prosecute!"
When I said "Just turn the email admission over to the DA, " he promised he would. Of course he lied. He never did turn it over, and in fact, months later tried to say they forgot to file the initial report. The corruption was rampant in the department and in fact used a deputy and DA in the cover-up.

About the DA> She allowed herself to be used because of fear of Kuntz getting even with her husband, a deputy.
His corrupt department was all about guns, racists, anti-women and protecting cops, even dirty ones. One time I also tried to reason with him about another case he intentionally ditched, hopeless corruption. Now, who will they pick. Antoehr Kuntz from within the Kuntz department??
I heard Gary faked his death to try and get death benefits for his family. It wouldn't surprise me
