According to the Calaveras County Elections Office, both the Anti-Pot group and the Pro-regulation of pot group got and turned in the required number of signatures for their petitions.
The elections office has 30 days to verify the signatures and if they check out there could be TWO ballot initiatives in November in Calaveras County.

McManus group did not have their initiative attached to the signature page while pushing for signatures at the fair. I looked at Tunno who also did not have it attached. That is a law and they should be disqualified for this
