We just received notification that the planned Calaveras Supervisors meeting Tuesday May 3, 2016 did not meet Brown Act notification requirements.
Therefore, it will NOT be on tomorrows agenda. It will be scheduled at some future time. After the mess the Calaveras Planning Commission made of it, it's no wonder.

Bizarre that something so out in front of other issues and so important to the rural Mountain Ranch residents just gets put on back burner. Who is organizing all the meetings and why wasn't the ordinance provided on time for the meeting ????
How are these guys trained prior to taking office? They must know or have been in discussions regarding Brown act REALLY?
