At the October 11, 2016 Calaveras Supervisor meeting, Chair Edson tried to push the very controversial PACE program, that gives liberal loans to elderly people and ties it to their property as a first mortgage.
Supervisor Kearney chose to go against the elderly who may lose their homes as a result of getting a loan they can't afford, and it passed. Kearney, who is already under recall, still goes against his constituents best interest.. Another asphalt plant???
