There are so many vague and unanswered questions in the poorly written Calaveras County Urgency Ordinance regarding marijuana farms, processing and transporting, that it's no wonder law enforcement doesn't know what its doing.
Now they say you are not allowed to move (or transport) your crop anywhere? We need to pass Measures C & D in Calaveras to lay out the rules more fully and detailed.
