Bear hides under home in Placer County

Bears like to play and taking photos
is okay if you keep your distance!
A huge bear was caught on video slinking out from under a house in Placer County after seeking refuge there.

According to the Placer County Sheriffs office, "It seems obvious, but bears are WILD animals and
need to be treated as such.  He was chased, followed and cornered. It is fortunate that he didn't attack someone.

Please, if you see a bear, feel free to take pictures and video from a distance. A cornered bear can be dangerous. Give bears their space and they will generally  mind their own business and avoid confrontation with people."
