Mostly due to the THREE RATS, (Clapp, Mills and Tofanelli), who voted to ban cannabis in Calaveras County, the 2018-19 Budget, which is being approve now, is $9 million + in the hole.
They are trying to smooth it over, but they haven't even added in next years LEGAL fees for fighting all the cannabis lawsuits! The County is in big trouble due to the Great Calaveras Cannabis BAN.
Actually, Supervisor Oliveira, as one member of the public pointed out, is the 4th RAT; completely in favor of a ban. In fact, she praised him for it.
