We've been told that the temporary Sheriff, who claims that crime is down, refuses to show up for the debate planned at Bret Harte High School this month.
We aren't sure what he is afraid of, but we do know that his campaign chairman and Supervisor Oliveira have been apparently putting out false information provided by the department to make them look better than they are.
