According to the CHP, they arrested Jannette Dodds (30) of San Andreas on Lewis Avenue
in San Andreas on December 28, 2020.Dodds was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Deceiving with a Fake Birth Certificate, etc., a felony and for Hit and Run with Property Damage and Traffic Offense with Special Circumstances, misdemeanors.
