On April 18, 2021 Calaveras Sheriff deputies arrested David Christopher Arnold (53) of Valley Springs at his residence on Gabor Street.
Arnold was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Willful discharge of a firearm, a felony and for Exhibiting a Firearm, a misdemeanor.

My brother was dismissed of that charge of discharging a firearm. This was an ongoing problem with his neighbor who was constantly calling 911 on my brother which he would be arrested. All the charges were false and his neighbor should have been charged for involving law enforcement for vindictive reasons.
Just for so everyone knows my brother was never convicted of any gun charges. This is all due to his neighbor Brian Clausen who lived across t he street that constantly was calling the cops on my brother which resulted in his death.
