On February 6, 2022 Calaveras Sheriff deputies arrested Kevin John Lowry (51) of Valley Springs at his residence on Valentine Hill Drive.
Lowry was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged False Imprisonment, Aggravated assault with a firearm, Willful discharge of a firearm and Child abuse, all felonies.
