Calaveras County Sheriff's deputies arrested Brandy Rachel Felzpatelzik (39) of Burson on September 10, 2012 at the Taco Bell in Valley Springs.
Also arrested at that time was Jacqueline Ann Rosofsky, of Burson.
Felzpatelzik was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. She was cited and released.
Rosofsky was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance, a felony; being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs and Possessing Controlled substance Paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.
Rosofsky was booked into the Calaveras County Jail and released due to Overcapacity.
