Americans blame government handouts for poverty!

Two decades ago, President Bill Clinton promised to "end welfare as we know it," But today, more Americans blame the government handouts for the persistent poverty in the US, more than any other single factor, according to a Wall Street Journal poll.

At that time Clinton talked about the problem, there was talk of making welfare recipients work for the money, of putting tighter time limits on collection and of the continuing of having more children to get more money ending

However, none of that ever happened and the poverty level is higher that ever, with most not even trying to find work.
