A neighbor testifies for the state

June 25, 2013:  One of the neighbors, Selene Bahodoor,  who heard and saw part of the argument between George Zimmerman
and Trayvon Martin is testifying.

Then the defense attorney tried to get her to say she had been prepped by the state, but she said no, she did not get prepped by anyone, but she did review her statements.

Then the defense started picking apart her comment that the movement went from right to left or left to right and it wasn't in the depositions.

He's intimating to her that this is the first time she ever stated the movement was from left to right, we are not sure why.

He keeps says she didn't say anything to law enforcement until today. She says she did say it before and it isn't in the reports or depositions, but she doesn't remember when.  We aren't sure why this is so important?

When the defense attorney then suggested that her sister was going to testify to the same thing she is, and if she did that would be a lie, the state objected and the judge agreed with the state.

This witness amazingly kept her cool and answered every question without anger even though you could feel the tension mounting as the defense attorney attacked this black witness.

Then the attorney for the defense started attacking her that she clicked "like" on Trayvon Martins facebook page and intimates that is why she is testifying against Zimmerman. Whoa! And she is still cool and collected.

In redirect, the state asked her if she had not wanted to get involved and that was why she didn't say anything at first.

And he asked did they ever ask her which direction the people outside were moving. She said no, they never asked direction.

Now the defense attorney is saying she signed a petition saying that Zimmerman should be prosecuted.   It was an online facebook comment when she clicked "like".

I don't think the defense scored any points with the jury in the harassment of this witness. She seemed totally credibly and was then excused.

The jury was then excused and immediately the attorneys all ran up to the judges desk to protest this or that.
