A woman named Selma ??? had an interpreter for Spanish and said she is an architect and interior designer, studying in Columbia and continuing in the US.
She said she lived in Zimmerman's subdivision in February of 2012 with her children and a woman friend and her daughter. A different District Attorney questioned her.
She testified that she went out back and heard sounds coming from her right. She saw two people one on the ground and the other on top, like a rider.
She saw a black and red pattern clothing of the person on top. She said she asked them what was going on. and there was no answer. The person on top turned to look at her, but said nothing.
She asked again, "What is going on?" The person on top said "call the police." She saw the one on top get up, walking away from the body towards the trash receptacle. She said it was a man.
While he was walking he put his hand on his head, she stated. He had no trouble walking, according to her.
She said that the one on the bottom was face down. Someone was out there with a flashlight, her friend was screaming because there had been a gunshot, another female neighbor came out.
I told her to go back, that there had been a shooting. Then she went back inside. Her friend was on the phone with 911.
The police closed off the back area and her friend spoke to the police, not her. The police gave them a paper if they wanted to write something down.
About 4 days later, she told the police what she had seen and heard. She said she knew neither Zimmerman or Martin.
