June 27, 2013: The witness, Jenna Lauer, was asked by the state if she was aware that Mr. Zimmerman had a restraining
order against him by a girlfriend out of the hearing of the jury, or that he had been arrested at a bar by federal officers.
She now answered "yes".
She had said under the questioning of the defense that she was unaware of any problems with his temper or with the police "no".
Do you follow Mr. Zimmermans brother on his "tweets" or "facebook?" the state asked. She stated "not to her knowledge". Then another sidebar was called with the judge.
Now the state is showing her her facebook page and twitter, where she is following Robert Zimmerman Jr. She says it was accidentally that she went on his page and hit "follow".
She also admitted that she followed Frank Tapia, a close friend of Zimmerman's was also listed on her facebook page. She says they were following her, that she wasn't following them.
She was dismissed subject to recall by the state. WOW!!
