June 6, 2013 @ 6:30 AM: The Powerhouse Fire in the Angeles National Forest is now declared 78% contained at 30,274. This is less than yesterday due to better mapping, per USFS.
Residents is all areas have been allowed to return to their homes, but must have proof of residency to be allowed into the area
