Apparently Mr. Limbaugh has announced that California's new Health Care Exchange is nothing but a "ruse" to register you as a Democrat.
Mr. Limbur...I mean Limbaugh, California doesn't need any ruses to get registered Democrats. Any normall intellectual person only has to listen to YOU once and they will change their registration away from Republican.
