Sadly, we just want to let everyone who remembers and loves Gary Goodman, who was respected and cared about by many at the Sierra Sentinel, readers and fellow employees alike, that he has passed away.
He had been recovering from lung surgery. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

I'm Carey, I rode shot gun with
Gary for delivery of the Sierra-
Sentinel as my training to deliever the printed version, and other spot jobs runs.
I respected him beyond words and I
learned of his passing a few days
ago..I hope all his friends & pals
will honor him. If anyone knows if
a public/private service is pending
