According to the CHP Gary Chimerofsky (34) of Waterford was driving his 2012 Harley Davidson motorcycle eastbound on Hwy 26 east of Jenny Lind Road around 6:26 AM on July 25, 2013.
Chimerofsky drove onto the right shoulder of Hwy 26 and lost control of the motorcycle.
The Harley traveled down a small dirt ditch and the driver was ejected and landed on the ground.
The driver sustained major injuries and was transported to Mark Twain St. Josephs Hospital and then flown to Mercy San Juan by air ambulance.
Alcohol was determined to be a factor in this collision and the driver was arrested for allegedly Driving Under the Infuence.
