July 3, 2013 After the DNA testimony, the jury was excused until Friday, July 5, 2013. The DNA expert never waivered, did not allow the defense attorney to confuse him; handled himself very well.
Now the attorneys are all in another sidebar with the judge which we cannot hear. The defense did not like some of the DNA results, and tried to show contamination, etc.
