Naturally, some people are concerned that what is happening in the Boulder Colorado area this week due to heavy rains, can happen in Tuolunmne County.
The Boulder area had a devastating fire last year the destroyed the natural watershed, and now the water washes away, down the mountain in torrents. Hopefully, that won't happen here.
