UPDATE: Before 1 AM last night, the Sheriff's Office reported that Mr. Souza was found safe.
September 20, 2013: At 12 Noon the CHP issued a Silver Alert for a Red 2008 Toyota Tacoma
with a large black deer guard, license plate #8S06821, that was last seen on Railroad Flat Road.
Frank Souza, 79, was last seen on 9/19/13 at approximately 6 PM at a residence on Railroad Flat Road. Mr. Souza also has his dog with him, described as large and black in color.
Mr. Souza suffers from various medical ailments, including dementia. He is Caucasian, 5'9" 240 lbs with grey hair and hazel eyes.
If you see it, please notify the CHP office in San Andreas or the Calaveras Sheriff's Office at 754-6500.
