On September 19, 2013 Robert Gaylen Martin (42) of San Andreas was arrested at his home for allegedly Receiving Stolen Property, Manufacturing or import, sale or possession of mental knuckles, Manufacture or sale and possession of leaded cane or billy club, and for Violation of Parole, all felonies; and for being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor.
Martin was booked into the Calaveras County Jail by Sheriff deputies.
