On Tuesday, October 1, 2013 the Angels Camp City Council meets for a Budget Workshop at 4 PM, which should be open to the public at the Firehouse, and then holds a regular Council meeting at 6 PM.
They are then having a regular agenda item the same as the Budget Workshop and approval prior to subsequent meeting.
Then they have scheduled three Closed Sessions for litigation, one for Angels Camp v. Marie A Starr, Calaveras Superior Court Case No. 11CV37944; one for anticipated litigation; and one for Govt. Code Section 54956 Difu, Croletto, Rosato and Turco v City of Angels Camp, and City of Angels Camp Landscaping and Lighting District #1, Calaveras County Superior Court, Case No. 13-cv-39523.
On the regular agenda is a continuation of the Budget Workshop
