On September 20, 2013 Donald Dale Dutton (50) of Livermore was arrested by the Angels Camp Police Department at Hwy 4 and Red Hill Rd around 11 PM for alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance and Transportation of a controlled Substance, felonies and for Controlled substance paraphernalia, DUI Alcohol or Drugs, being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and an Addict Driving a Vehicle, misdemeanors.
Dutton was booked into the Calaveras County Jail and released Pre-Trial for lack of space.
Also arrested was Alexa Rene Ragg (24) of Angels Camp for alleged DUI Alcohol or Drugs and DUI Alcohol over .08%, both misdemeanors.
Ragg was also booked into the Calaveras County Jail and released with a Citation.
