After years of simply keeping quiet, now in the fourth year of the California drought, Sacramento County is facing facts:Nearly half the homes in the County have NO meters for water. Partially due to Folsom Dam, an agreement was made that water would be a flat fee per year with unlimited water in the Orangevale and Folsom areas due to leaks in the dam.
The water leak does permeate the area, and in fact, many properties in Orangevale have ponds, with fresh water running year round.
How will they change that; it will be interesting to see if it's possible?
