UPdate at 11:10 AM: The roadway is now clear.
UPDATE: Silver Rapids is completely blocked due to emergency vehicles. Avoid the area. We just learned that injuries are not life-threatening.
April 11, 2015 at 10 AM: CHP just received a report that a skateboarder came down the hill at Silver Rapids Drive and Berkesey Drive in Rancho Calaveras and couldn't stop, colliding with a gold Chevy pickup.
CHP and an ambulance are responding to the scene. Be careful if in that area.
